Home Away from Home: Glenuig….

We love our Watkinsville, GA, home, especially our beloved across-the-street neighbors. Here’s our home in 2009 snow and with the neighborhood greeting Rex as he came home from getting a double lung transplant in 2005.

And here’s our August 2009 home away from home in Dornoch. It’s called Glenuig: 3 bedrooms, a full dining room gardens, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, living room with an electric heater for chilly nights. Ah…we’re almost ready to leave! (But home will feel good in a month too.)

I can tell you are having a fab time just from the scenery. Can’t wait to read about your further adventures and see the pictures from them.
I’m back from Oregon. Weather was cool and wonderful, all four children were a pleasure to be with, but needless to say my ears are tired–so much talking. The girls played on the beach all day long and didn’t want to do anything else. The boys played with electronic gadgets and played on the beach less. We all flew kites and looked for agates. Wish I had had you and your camera along. Looking forward to more of Scotland. bj
