WELCOME to a blog in which I will (1) reminisce about our 2008 travels and (2) invite you to join in on our 2009 Scottish travels, stories, and photographs.

From July 26 – September 3, 2009 my husband, Rex, and I will be based in the town of Dornoch along the northeast coast of Scotland, just at the base of the Northern Highlands.  Learn more about Dornoch at http://www.visitdornoch.com/

I invite your comments and suggestions of places, peoples, objects you’d like to see here.  I hope you enjoy the journey!

This is wonderful! Did you do it yourself or have help?

I did it myself–thanks to another photographer in the Athens Photography Group whose design I really liked! See her work at Anne Edens. Once I found the “theme”, I found that the developer of the theme, Sadish, has great support, forums, etc. So I’m now eager to get started on sharing my photography and experiences in Scotland.

This is wonderful…..both sites are beautiful to look at and beautiful to read. I look forward to “traveling” via internet with you through Scotland. ♥ L
